Village Plave Vozokany approved Master plan 1st June 2004.

Master plan is a coordinated agreement of residents and property owners about usage of land.

Subsequently were issued Zoning permits. After issuing of final zoning permits were 1 100 000 m² of arable land exempted from Land Fund.

The whole project generates a new comprehensive resort and it will be built complex area of „Tourist industry centre Plave Vozokany“ with innovative features.

Factually the project is divided into three areas and from investment point of view is divided into seven independent subproject (operational packs), which are philosophically and territorially located in village Plave Vozokany and they are connected with joint strategy, marketing policy and of course physically with road and communications. Project is rated for 2500 residents and 10000 visitors daily.

Particular subprojects are thematically divided so that guides the visitor through resort and to cover all range of services for visitors.

• „ Thermal world“ – 6 200 visitors a day

It is focused on leisure, recreation and wellness with year-round operation. It is designed for ages 5 – 75 years.

• ,, Hotels, Guest houses and Bath houses “ – 5 000 beds

It is investment unit designated for more investors. Each investor can built his hotel, guest house or bath house on his own plot. Plots are located on main communication axis – pedestrian zone 1200 m long.

On lower floors are planned services and on upper floors accommodation. This zone is neighbor to Thermal world and they form a joint zone.

• ,, Family and Apartment houses“

Construction of family houses and apartment houses of various size and equipment are popular for its variability and possibilities of renting.

• „ Shopping centre – marketplace“

The key idea is to build a shopping centre in style of roofed shopping spaces with year-round operation, where should be located 100 various shops and services. The idea of a shopping center is to develop individual services and non-food stores and food assortment of European and global brands, as well as themore affordable range for each target group.

• „ AQUAPARK “ - 3 500 visitors a day

It is an investment unit designated for more investors. It is designed mainly for younger and noisier clientele for year-round operation.

Recreation houses of various size and with possibility of renting.

Regarding the fact that in village Plave Vozokany or in surroundings are not built any services needful for operation of such resort, it is necessary to build facility centre, which will consist from small units such as following:
